As a family law barrister, Andrew is regularly briefed in all forms of financial remedy work including without notice and contested injunctions. His cases involving limited intangible assets, including bankruptcy cases, have afforded him an experience which compliments that which he has gained from his complex and substantial financial provision cases. Clients are reassured by his approach which is characterised as attempting to secure a practical and costs effective resolution to the financial issues, whilst respecting that for some clients there is sometimes an emotive need to be heard on an issue and to litigate.
